PRIVACY POLICY
How London Riches FC handles information submitted through this website.
Last updated: 30 October 2026. This page is written for the current launch version of the website and should be reviewed whenever the club adds new systems, analytics, ticketing, payments or youth services.
What we collect
When you use the Founding Supporter form, we collect your name, email address, your privacy acknowledgement and any optional email choices you make. We also keep the submission time and the version of the consent wording shown when you registered. The player trial application collects the information shown on the form, including date of birth, nationality, location, contact details, kit size, football history and availability. Partnership enquiries collect the contact and enquiry details provided.
Player recruitment
We use player applications to consider candidates, contact shortlisted players and organise trials. Our ordinary recruitment processing is intended to rely on legitimate interests in operating the club recruitment process, subject to applicable rights. Acknowledging this Privacy Policy is not consent to marketing or media use. Applicants are not guaranteed an invitation. Medical information, emergency contact details and media permissions are not requested in the public application; these are handled separately for invited trialists. Any health information requires additional privacy safeguards and an appropriate legal basis before collection.
Why we use it
We use Founding Supporter details to manage registrations and maintain the supporter count. If you separately choose London Riches FC email updates, we may also use your email to send club news, event invitations, calls and club opportunities.
House of Riches emails
House of Riches email permission is separate and optional. If you tick the House of Riches box, London Riches FC may share your name and email address with House of Riches so it can send you the event, community call and opportunity emails described beside that box. If you do not tick that box, your Founding Supporter registration does not give House of Riches permission to add you to that email list.
Your email choices
Optional email boxes are not required to become a Founding Supporter. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe option provided in those emails or by contacting the relevant organisation.
Where submissions are stored
The launch website is configured for Netlify Forms. If the site is hosted on Netlify, submissions are processed and stored through that service so authorised club staff can review them.
Retention and access
Information should only be kept for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected. Access should be limited to authorised people. Records of email choices may be retained where reasonably necessary to respect opt-outs and demonstrate what a person agreed to.
Your choices
You may ask the club to correct or delete information you submitted, subject to any information the club needs to retain for legitimate administrative or legal reasons. Until a dedicated privacy mailbox is published, use the club's website partnership/contact route and state that your request is a privacy request.
Under-18s
The current first-team player recruitment form is restricted to people aged 18 and over. Any future academy or youth registration process will require separate safeguarding and privacy arrangements before launch.
