How London Riches FC handles information submitted through this website.
Last updated: 21 September 2026. This page is written for the current launch version of the website and should be reviewed whenever the club adds new systems, analytics, ticketing, payments or youth services.
What we collect
When you use the Founding Supporter, player recruitment or partnership forms, we collect the information you enter. Player applications can include football history and links you choose to provide.
Why we use it
We use supporter details to manage registrations, player details to assess football recruitment, and partnership details to respond to commercial enquiries. We do not use these forms to make automated decisions.
Where submissions are stored
The launch website is configured for Netlify Forms. If the site is hosted on Netlify, submissions are processed and stored through that service so authorised club staff can review them.
Retention and access
Information should only be kept for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose it was submitted for. Access should be limited to authorised club staff.
Your choices
You may ask the club to correct or delete information you submitted. Until a dedicated privacy mailbox is published, use the club's website partnership/contact route and state that your request is a privacy request.
Under-18s
The current first-team player recruitment form is restricted to people aged 18 and over. Any future academy or youth registration process will require separate safeguarding and privacy arrangements before launch.
